Siarter Iaith

Introduction

Siarter Iaith Cymraeg - Welsh Language Charter.

The Siarter Iaith is a Welsh Government strategy to target the use of Welsh in schools across Wales. The aim of Siarter Iaith Cymraeg Campus is to promote the use of Welsh in English-medium schools, establishing a Welsh ethos and encouraging pupils and staff to develop their Welsh language skills. The Charter provides a framework for schools to follow in order to achieve the awards. There are three levels of award; Bronze, Silver and Gold.

Currently, at Ysgol Harri Tudur, we are working together to achieve the Siarter Iaith Cymraeg Campus Bronze Award.
